Carrianne joined Fisher Investments in 2000 and serves as the Senior Executive Vice President of Fisher Investments’ non-US private client business and as a Board member on the Boards of Fisher Investments Europe Limited (Chair), Fisher Investments Luxembourg, Sà rl (Chair), Fisher Investments Ireland Limited, Fisher Investments Australasia, Pty Ltd (Chair), and Fisher Investments Japan Limited. Before assuming her current position, Carrianne served as Executive Vice President, Group Vice President, UK and Group Vice President, Overseas Expansion. Prior to those roles, she managed the Global Client Services Group.

Jill Hitchcock is the Senior Executive Vice President of Fisher Investments’ US Private Client Group, Fisher Investments’ largest business unit, which serves individual investors and families in the US. Since joining the firm in 1999, Jill Hitchcock has worked in many different capacities at Fisher Investments. Jill often writes articles on subjects like financial planning, finding a career in finance, being a leader and providing high-touch client service in the investment industry.
Jeff Silk

Jeff Silk is a Vice Chairman and Co-Chief Investment Officer. Jeff oversees all portfolio management functions across a wide range of investment strategies at the firm. Jeff joined Fisher Investments in 1983 as one of the firm’s first employees. Prior to his current role, Jeff was President and Chief Operating Officer. He has also served as Director of Trading and Operations, where he was instrumental in developing the firm’s first portfolio management, research and trading technologies.
Laurine Garrity

Laurine Garrity is the Senior Executive Vice President of Global Private Client Marketing. In that role, she directs the firm’s US and international private client marketing efforts, overseeing all distribution mediums, marketing channels and campaigns. Laurine has been with Fisher Investments since 2016. Prior to that, she held senior marketing positions at various financial services companies, including Chief Marketing Officer roles at Charles Schwab and TD Ameritrade.
K.C. Ellis
Executive Vice President US Private Client Services, Fisher Investments
K.C. Ellis is the Executive Vice President of the US Private Client Services Group and is responsible for all service and support functions on behalf of US private clients. K.C. joined Fisher Investments in 2003 and has held a variety of roles at the firm. K.C. regularly meets with private clients nationwide, sharing the firm’s market outlook, presenting current portfolio positioning and answering questions.
Justin Arbuckle

Justin Arbuckle is the Senior Executive Vice President of the Institutional Group, which serves the investment needs of corporate, public, and multi-employer plan sponsors; sovereign wealth funds; not-for-profit entities; and other organisations. Justin meets regularly with institutional clients and prospective clients across the world.
David Watts
Executive Vice President Corporates Services, Fisher Investments
David Watts is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Services. In this role, he oversees a range of operational and business support units including Corporate Finance Operations, Corporate Initiatives and Global Real Estate and Operations. David joined Fisher Investments in 2003 and has served in a variety of areas across the firm since then including roles in Client Operations, Projects, Trading and the Account Executive Group.
Fred Harring

Fred Harring is General Counsel. He oversees the firm’s Law and Compliance Department. Fred joined Fisher Investments in 2003. Prior to Fisher Investments, he handled commercial litigation and transactional matters at various law firms. He received his law degree from Wayne State University and completed a 2-year judicial clerkship with the Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court.
Naj Srinivas
Executive Vice President Corporate Communications
Naj Srinivas is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications. In this role, he oversees a number of business support groups, including Client Communications, Public Relations, and Digital Strategy. Naj speaks regularly at client seminars and meets with institutional clients globally, providing updates on the firm’s market outlook and portfolio positioning. He also hosts Fisher Investments’ “Market Insights” podcast, which features senior members of the firm discussing our latest capital markets views.
Naj joined Fisher Investments in 2006 and prior to his current responsibilities, served in a variety of areas across the firm including roles in Client Services, Institutional, and Innovation. He has degrees in Economics and Political Science from UC Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the University of San Francisco. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his family.
Greg Miramontes

Greg Miramontes is the Executive Vice President of Global Human Capital. In this role, he oversees the firm’s Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Employee Services, Organisational Development and Learning and Development functions. Bill Glaser

Bill Glaser is the Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management, Co-Chief Investment Officer and a member of the Investment Policy Committee (IPC). Bill joined Fisher Investments in 1999 and has served on the firm’s five-member IPC since 2011. He was appointed Co-Chief Investment Officer in 2022. In those roles, he oversees the firm’s Portfolio Management Department, which includes the Research, Investment Operations, Investment Solutions, Global Custody Management, Business Process Management and Portfolio Evaluation Groups. He is also a member of the Technology Transformation Committee.

Marc is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance and Services. In this role, he is responsible for the firm’s financial reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, short-term and long-term financial planning, travel and payroll. Tom Fishel
Global Chief Compliance Officer
Tom Fishel is the Global Chief Compliance Officer. He oversees the compliance programme at Fisher Investments and its affiliates. Tom joined the firm in 2004. Prior to joining Fisher Investments, he worked for Charles Schwab for 21 years. He received his undergraduate degree from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from San Francisco State University. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife.
Theodore Gilliland

Theodore Gilliland is the Executive Vice President of Global Expansion. Theodore oversees our private client business expansion efforts into new markets and is responsible for research, due diligence and logistics. Theodore joined Fisher Investments in 2006. His previous positions at the firm include Account Executive, Research Analyst and Executive Vice President of US Private Client Sales.
