Scott O’Brien has been a Senior Vice President with Fisher Investments since 2002, serving clients and prospective clients in the Southern California region. Scott graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in Economic and Political Science, and since then, he has been in the investment industry for over 36 years.
